Green Process Engineering was founded to bring smarter, more sustainable solutions to the process industry. Backed by decades of hands-on experience in project management, engineering, and automation, our team is committed to helping clients reduce energy consumption and future-proof their production systems. We provide consulting services, planning, and project management for plants in the food industry, focusing on the use of renewable energies in the field of process heating and cooling in industrial applications, as well as the renewal and optimization of food drying plants in terms of energy efficiency and process optimization. Spray drying is a process that consumes a great deal of energy. Due to ever-increasing energy costs and resource scarcity, every saving is welcome. Green Process Engineering firmly believes in sustainable technology, i.e., the overhaul or renewal of parts of the plant to bring them up to the latest state of the art is part of our firm conviction that “everything new” is not always better. Especially if a component that has be replaced has been working effectively for years and the production quality and other performance criteria of the plant remains good and efficient. At Green Process Engineering, the four founders have combined almost 100 years of experience in engineering and spray drying technology. We not only know how to weld stainless steel, but also how a spray dryer works and what to look out for, i.e. how much can be prefabricated (which allows for shorter assembly times) and, above all, how to achieve the expected quality.
